How do you get through it?
How do you get through it?
How did you ladies get through the first trimester while chasing around another kid, cleaning the house, working full time, and I go to school. With my first it was easy because I could come home and just sleep all night. Between exhaustion and getting sick I feel like I'm not going to make it ?.

Im 9.5w right now, and have 3 kids. I am barely keeping my head above water. Praying this goes away in the 2nd tri. I have found no coping tricks, Im just waiting for it to pass.

A lot of takeout lol. Early bedtime helps too.

Oh yes, takeout!
We are having chicken pot pie from Costco today. $10.99 and it'll feed all 5 of us. Ill have my 10to make some Cesar salad to go with it. She is saving up money for trendy winter boots that she doesn't need, so its easier than usual to get help from her ?

God bless you . I can't imagine?
Edit sorry for the lack of help. I only have one. Is there anyone who can come help out at all?

I stopped cleaning and delegated that to my DH.

You've got it!!! I'm on number 4 working two jobs and running a full house lol I have my husbands help of course and we keep the kids on a schedule everyday including the weekends. I cook for days at a time so I'm not having to do it every night. I also have delegated days for everything from laundry to house work. It's the only way I can stay afloat

I tie kid #1 up with a dog chain.

I don't even know how I got through it honestly! ?

You just do I suppose. I know I participated in nap time a lot.

Well I have 7 n on number 8 very tiring, but schedule schedule schedule is what I recommend. I'm up at 5:40 every day take 5 to school all under 9yrs old BTW. N have 2 @ home 1 & 2 yrs, with therapist coming over every other day bcuz my lil ones are delayed a bit. So I try and nap when they nap. Cleaning I have a great husband who picks up the slack when he gets home from work. But just take it slow and do smalls jobs like wash dish after each person is done so it doesn't pile up, wash laundry daily, n put away as soon as its dried. Cook ehh, frozen dinners or if u can afford to eat out lol. Heb has good family meal deals.. Hope this helps a little!! ? because I feel like??

Aww for me it got better after the first trimester. I had horrible morning sickness, my son is 2 so he never sits still lol. You kind of get the hang of it over time. Just breathe when you get overwhelmed it's what I do lol

Easy dinners, relax on cleaning, and ask for more help not just from your SO.. Good luck momma im sure you'll be just in due time... Give yourself a break though in the meantime☺

I have 2 kids. 3.5 (almost 4) and a 1year old. I currently stay home, but do all the cooking and cleaning and care for kids by myself even when hubby is home. I am losing it honestly. So exhausted all day and feel like throwing up all day and night plus constantly freezing. I can't wait for this to pass. ?

Exactly what Chicky said. I somehow managed to truck on through it all.

I had hg with both of mine so I'm a bit ashamed to say when I was pregnant with my second we watched a lot of Winnie the Pooh so mommy could just lay on the couch and try not to barf.

The first trimester I was in your shoes and honestly I'd give anything to go back to that. I'm dealing with all that in my third trimester now and I cry a lot. It's so hard.

I'm thankful for my husbands work schedule. He works until 3pm and I get home at 5:45pm by the time I get home he usually has dinner ready. We eat and I clear up the kitchen. My cleaning days are on the weekends and he helps a lot there (mainly restrooms)
Takeout does help sometime because we both get tired! But we try our hardest to stAy on a schedule. We are ready for bed by 8:30 or 9:30 if she had a long or late nap! But we help each other a lot!
