I’m really having a hard time with my milk supply . Every time I pump I’m only getting a total of 3 ounce. 1 ounce out my left boob and 2 ounces out of my right boob.

Aside from pumping more you should really try Legendairy Milk products. They’re organic products that help tremendously with your supply. I used to barely pump anything out and once I started up on them ( Liquid Gold and Cash Cow especially) I started making up to 6oz from each breast. A lot of women that have used it have had great results from it.

@beefutrell, maybe try nursing more often and pumping every two hours. I find that helps me! And power pumping.
@littleonemorning, yea I nurse her just about every 3 hours and when I’m away from her I pump every 3 sometimes it’s every 4 depending on how busy I am
@beefutrell, are you nursing frequently and when you pump at work, are you mimicking her nursing schedule? I usually have to feed from both sides as well.
@littleonemorning, I’m nursing I only pump when I’m at work . When I nurse I find myself having to nurse on both sides when she normally only nursed on one side
