Not standing

So my son is 8&1/2mths old and doesn't try to stand. Even with me holding him up in standing position his legs just kinda collapse under him. It's like he has no strength in his legs or he's just being lazy?? He's my 2nd son. I know I shouldn't compare them but my 1st was way more advanced. Anyone else having same issue??

Bring it up at his 9 months appointment. All 3 of my kids did but every kid is different

My kids have an newborn appointment, weight check 3 days later, 1 month, 2 month, 4 month, 6 month, 9 month, 12 month, 15 month, 18 month, 2 year, 3 year, etc. I don't know if all pediatricians do that though!

Honestly, i wouldn't worry much. Every kid is different. Just talk to the dr at the 9 mo appt - but i wouldn't be concerned.

Noah finally sat at7 months and he just now started to crawl at 8 months and he's not standing assisted on mommy. My daughter was way far advanced then Noah. It's crazy how it's different.
