Is it possible to tear again from pooping? I have no idea how big the cut is or anything.

I was all nervous after reading horror stories on here.

So as soon as I got home from the hospital, I ate a lot of Mini Wheats (for fiber) and stool softeners. It ended up being perfectly fine, didn't hurt at all.

The prescribed a stool softener. I haven't exactly gotten the urge to go yet though.

Do they have you on a stool softener? Them batches worked so good I didn't even know I was going ? I had terrible hemorrhoids too.

I would really not overthink it and just sit there and relax. You can't tense up. Maybe watch a video on your phone to keep distracted.
