1cm dilated. But my midwife noticed I'm very swollen down there. Anyone else experience that?

Well not really but can sometimes be uncomfortable depending on the underwear i wear..so cotton ones are the best😊

How many weeks are you.cause i wanna start walking but im only 34..i dont wanna start dilating too early...

36+3. I had a C-section with my first so I've never made it this far. But my midwife told me to stay as active as possible like walking at 30 weeks it won't do anything unless you're body is already ready to!
