Gummy Prenatal
I was 3 weeks along when I found out I was pregnant. Up until week 6 when my morning sickness kicked in I was taking a regular prenatal vitamin no problem. But once I started puking daily I switched to the gummy version. I talked to my doctor about it and she said no problem. However I was talking with a friend who's also pregnant and she freaked out because her doctor told her the gummy version lacks the proper amount of calcium. Is there really that much in difference of opinion between doctors? Have you ran into this before? I understand every pregnancy is different, and every woman has different nutritional needs, but I'm concerned about what else will I run into as I continue my pregnancy where there is a big difference between doctors.

Every dr is different. With my first I had a few obs I saw and none of them wanted me to take it becaudr it has no iron and I became anemic

Every doc will have slightly differing opinions.
My do said the gummies are fine. But I drink a lot of milk and eat a fair amount of cheese & yogurt so maybe it's not something I need to worry about?

Ok I guess I was a little put off by her reaction. It was like I had lit up a cig in front of her.
