Implantation Bleeding or MC?

Hello. I'm 14 dpo. Due for AF today but got a BFP at 12dpo. My HCG was only 42. Yesterday toilet paper was stained slightly when I wiped. I went to bed expecting the worst ( I had 4 miscarriages already ) but today, hpt test is darker and there is nothing when I wipe. However, if I go a little deeper in with toilet paper, it is stained brown and once it one brown with darkish red. I called the Dr and waiting for him to call back. Any experience with IB? Is it too late for it at 14 dpo? Loosing hope. ?

Hope your doctor called you back. Hope everything is okay for you. The brown spotting is confusing. I have the same now, not sure why, whether I'm about to come on or whether I'm pregnant.

hospital?? or stay home.. 21 weeks and 4 day and i had cramping off and on today but bleww it off with thinking braxton hicks well cramoing gone but now when i wipe sorry tmi but its a big red mucusy discharge that comes on the toilet paper what could this be and should i get checked??
