When I first had my fsh tested it was a 22, not good at all. I also had a low AMH. After doing research and with out my RE knowing I started taking DHEA and Coq10. Not crazy amounts 25 mg dhea and 100 mg coq10 a day. After a couple months my fsh went down to a 6 which is excellent. Not sure if it was what I took or that my body just fluctuates. But needless to say our first attempt at clomid iui worked.

Mine was 14.1 2 years ago but I got pregnant on clomid with it. Now we want another and getting tested soon but am scared that after two years it went much higher. :/

My fsh is a little high and amh a bit low. I'm 30. Due to dh motility issues we need IVF icsi. Our 1 st cycle was a bust. Wrong protocol only got 1 premature egg. The 2nd cycle was good, got 6 eggs and a bfp. Unfortunately ended after 6 weeks. Just starting 3rd cycle of IVF now.

No...but my fsh is really hi and amh is really low. How high is high? I'm going to do ivf with donor egg. Before my first round of ivf, I tried fertility blend. I'm going back to acupuncture and yoga. I also read that Mayan abdominal massage helps. So, may be you could try some or all of those things if you haven't already. Best of luck...baby dust.
