nicu?
Im pregos with twins, 26 w 4 days. Two weeks ago it was found my internal cervix is only 1.5 cm so I was send on home bed rest. 4 days later I went back to be checked cuz I started to feel pressure again. At that point my cervix was down to 1 cm internally with no dilation. I was then admitted to the hospital for strict bed rest where I have been now for a week. Today I had yet another ultrasound to see how my cervix is doing and length wise nothing is left while Im now also 1 cm dilated. The Docs arent optimistic ( altho they admit anything is possible) and they couldnt really even say if I will last till 28 weeks. Sooooo , nicu mommies prepare me for the road ahead of me! I feel sooo scared, helpless and angry that my body is reacting this way!!!!!

My prayers are with you and your little ones. The only thing I can say is be prepared for a roller coaster ride of emotions. Things can change in a matter of seconds. One minute they may be doing great and 2 minutes later they may not be. Im not trying to scare you, just being realistic. My little cousin was born at 28wks and was 1lb 8oz. We went and seen her abt everyday, she was 36 days old before I held her for the first time. We brought her home after 2 1/2mths in nicu. She had an apnea machine for the first 6mths at home. Shes fixing to turn 10 and is perfectly healthy. Biggest thing is try and stay possitive. My daughter was born at 32 wks and was in nicu for 2wks, but thank god didnt have any problems. Thoughts and prayers with you. Please keep us updated.
Admitted in labor & delivery due to high bp, excessive swelling on face, feet, ankles, legs, hands and severe headaches "sign of preeclampsia" doc wants to wait anotherrrr week to induce me. Bed resting until then 😩 im beyond exhausted!!! Oh.. And that's my mother in the background 👯
Was told yesterday im 5cm dilated but cervix is closed , should i be prepared?? Im only 26 weeks 😥😥
Got my cervix checked today and now im only 1 cm dilated. Is that bad for being 38 weeks?! 😕
Sooo im 39 weeks 3days and baby boy wont budge....what can I do to give him a boost? Im 3 in a half cm dilated

Now I’m sooo uncomfortable it feels like my cervix is ripping with every step. Hoping baby comes this weekend or next week.
