I use scotch bonnet peppers in my cooking all the time. My hands burn if I cut them with bare hands but my 6 yo will even eat a piece of it and ask for more .. we eat a lot of spicy food tho.

I have a ghost pepper hot sauce. It's incredibly hot but so tasty! I always have to douse my homemade nachos in it. ? I've also had ghost pepper hot wings from a local wing place and they were good too.

Slightly off topic but the funniest hot chilli story I've ever heard. My parents grew super hot chillis (not sure which variety but they were hot!) My mum had a new food processor so she went to mince up loads to store but put the blade in upside down an liquidised them instead. She bottled it anyway and used it in sauces when she wanted a bit of heat. My dad began work in a different state and decided to take a jar of this liquid heat with him. Unbeknownst to him it leaked in his bag, he got changed after a shower and put on a pair of underwear that had some of the chilli on it. He said that he's never felt so much pain in his life and he used to be a rugby player. He spent an hour in the shower trying to dull the pain. They treated them with more care after that.

Hahaha I always cut all peppers up wth bare hands I've never had them burn! The website I ordered the salsa from sells whole peppers, seeds, ghost pepper/Carolina reaper/scorpion pepper infused sea salts. All kinds of stuff! If my husband wasn't a pansy is order more but me ad my 8 year old are the only ones who like spicy.

My hubby bought some hot sauce from the jerky outlet in Atlantic City and it was made with California reapers . I wouldn’t try it but he would sweat while eating it lol

We got my husband a California reaper sauce for Fathers Day and we had one try and daren't touch it again. Naga is the spiciest I've ever managed but I adore my spice. Quite fascinating to learn about the fight or flight response it induces when it hits those receptors, it's literally addictive pain

I regularly eat food with scotch bonnet and birds eye chillis and have eaten ghost chilli stuff on occasion. The fun of having caribbean and indian family.

Habanero. I love chile! I eat serrano with almost every meal so I'm used to it. Some Habanero is really spicy but sometimes it's not spicy at all! It has a sweet taste to it.

My dad made some ghost pepper wings once, I love spicy but they were a little much for me.

I used to regularly cook with ghost peppers but now that I have a 3 yr old and 9 month old we only use cayenne peppers a lnd below since baby still is so young. She loves spicy food but I don't want to over do it.

I’m a baby when it comes to spicy foods but my fil grows all these hot peppers including ghost!! He’s crazy with his wings and hot spice blends!! I like his wings there aren’t that bad but I can’t even touch his spices!! They are crazy hot!!

My SO and I have both eaten a whole Carolina Reaper! Terrible flavor, but we then purchased crushed Reapers to add a nice big kick to our foods-we're spice addicts!
