Braxton Hicks?
On and off today I have had the weirdest sensation in my upper stomach on both sides (kinda right below my boobs). My stomach tightens up and it feels slightly uncomfortable. It kind of feels like the baby is balled up in that area, but it's too high up for that to be the case. Just wondering if that sounds like Braxton Hicks contractions? I never had any when I was pregnant with my daughter, so I have no idea what they feel like

I had the same pains it was so weird I thought it was abnormal I went to the hospital they told me they were Braxton Hicks contractions no stress on baby baby was bouncing around just fine it just felt very intense and uncomfortable

It feels so weird, right? Did your whole stomach tense up or was it just the top part? For some reason I though BH would make my whole stomach tighten up

Still haven't felt these to my knowledge but I am a ftm who always had terrible cramps during period so maybe I just don't realize that's what it is

I am a ftm and felt the same thing last night. But mine was the bottom of my stomach. It felt like baby was moving and balling up at the bottom front of my stomach I kept rubbing my stomach trying to make the tightening feeling go away and it eventually did after a minute or a little more.

Yes! Been uncomfortable with thus all day today ..wasn't sure what it was either. I had BH with my other pregnancies but this is different like you said it's only high up under my boobs.
