Idk about the plums. Maybe a jam? Plum jam is pretty good! You could pickle them, I've heard pickled plums are good XD or freeze them. I'm constantly freezing fruit until I figure out what to do with them before they go bad.

You could make jam or jelly or you can freeze them for smoothies. I do love me, a good deal in fresh fruit lol so I've had to figure out things to do with very ripe fruit.
