Tummy pain
So I had my c section a week ago and my incision site doesn't hurt at all I'm pretty sure I don't have feeling there at all actually but what does is my tummy. Like that little fat pouch right below my belly button but right above the incision. It hurts to the touch and I had to take my belly binder off because I was tired of it hurting. Is this normal? I figured it could be from wearing the binder since I had the surgery or maybe my skin and muscles just getting used to not being stretched anymore but idk. Did anyone else have this?

I've had two C-section's and the same area you said hurts is where mine hurt also... Especially when I would sneeze laugh or cough. It sucked!!!! It'll take some time to heal and be back normal. Just relax and take it easy is all I can say. And stay on top of your meds. I'm due for my next C-section in Feb.so I'll be feeling the pain too...but it's soo worth it. Congrats by the way

It's your internal incision. I still have the pain at 7 weeks pp. it's normal, just not fun.
