Cold during pregnancy What do y'all do for colds during pregnancy?

I'm not to sure as I don't normally use Vicks to begin with and have not asked doctor about it. I didn't really think it would be unsafe because it is not consumed.

Wait what's bad about Vicks? That's the first I've heard not to use it.

On my Med sheet from my OBGYN it says do not use Vicks vapor rub in all capital letters. But it does say sudefed, Claritin, Tylenol cold, cough drops are all OK to take while pregnant. There were others but I would have to look at my handy dandy little sheet☺️

Vicks, sleep, garlic, no sugars or carbs, tea, soups, face steam, humidifier, hot showers, robitussin and Tylenol if it gets really bad.

Cough drops, humidifier and pretty much die lol. It's the worse

Besides die ... ugh lol just tylenol for fever and pain then the old gingerale, tea, soup and oranges!
