Wondering if anyone else has pelvic pain around 20 + weeks or so?

Oh no! So sorry to hear that. Good luck with the pain. Maybe ice or a low heating pad?! That can help too.

You are so lucky! I'd give anything to be able to exercise.

I'm on prescribed bed rest due to a shortened cervix for the remainder of this pregnancy so there's really not much I can do to alleviate the pain, except wear a support belt and kegels.

I have a herniated disc in my low back and that gets brutal at times especially during cold weather so I'm with you there.

Chiropractors are life savers and I'm glad they were able to help you with the pain!! ?

Stretching every day and doing yoga and foam rolling has helped mine. I was having bad sciatica too. There are some good prenatal yoga videos on YouTube. Also I went to a prenatal chiropractor for the first time today and it was amazing!!! Helped my pain so much!!

I had pains in the first trimester that went away now they're back with a vengeance. I find a support belt helps sometimes and I'm on bed rest. It's more noticeable when I get up to move around. These ligament pains are kicking my butt.

I read an article where, relaxin causes the ligaments to relax sooner for some before the third trimester. Just our luck?

How's your pregnancy going overall?

I definitely do on my left side. I actually started getting it a lot earlier for a few weeks but then it went away. Started hurting again this week. If I rest and elevate my leg it goes away fairly quickly and I also have been using a hearing pad. Super annoying though! I'm going on vacation soon and worried about being able to walk around and explore! Just doing chores around the house aggravates it right now
