4 month sleep regression?
So my son is 4 months old and i have no idea if he is going thru the 4 month sleep regression. At 2 months he started sleeping from 12pm-8am or from 10pm-6am without waking up. But now he wakes up about 2 times around 2 am and 6 am but once in a while sleeps without waking up. So is this his 4 month regression? I hear so many stories of how terrible it is but in his case its not bad since it takes about 30 min for him to fall back to sleep. Do you ladies think this is it? I am just confused.

We're up every 2 hours, uuugghhh.
I'm feeding him when he wakes up, am starting to think maybe not such a good idea if he needs to learn to self soothe ?

Basically it doesn't end! ? until the baby learns to sooth themselves. So looks like I'm not getting any sleep for a while yet. He is so close to finding his thumb (won't take a dummy) so maybe when he does (if) I will then.
Could be,my LO has been sleeping erratically for the past few weeks,it sucks. She just turned 4 months today though,so I guess she started a little early lol. It seems like the past two nights have been a bit better though,I think part of it was her being uncomfortable,she had been in her pack n play at night in our room up until now but last night we brought her crib in our room and once I convinced her she could sleep in it,she slept for 7 hours straight! She hasn't done that in a while I was so happy ?
Addie is constantly waking up for the last week!!! ?
omg I was I thinking about posting something last night in the mist of one of his 8 get ups!! if this is "4 month sleep regression" when the heck does it end?!? it's awful lol
Mine defo is. He use to sleep 9-2 then 3-7 then goes back to sleep till 9.
NOW its sleep at 11 awake at 1, 3, 6, 8 then wake at 10.
Count yourself lucky!
This is interesting because my baby is a few days shy of 4 months but all last week he woke up once every night to eat and he usually wouldn't, he's going back to sleeping all night now but we did go through that recently too
Bump! I'm not dealing with this and don't have any advice but maybe some other mamas do. I hope it gets better for you soon and you start getting more sleep! :)
