I've found to avoid grocery stores at all costs. While they say the diapers are on "sale" you get half the amount for just about the same price. I've also become pretty set on Huggies at target. They average out to be the same price as Walmart (100+ for $24.99) but if you buy two boxes you get an extra $10 gift card to go towards the next round!!
Just have to keep an eye out for all those extra sales :)

Amazon mom is my favorite. It's already included if you have prime, just sign up for mom then. You get 20% off diapers in your subscribe and save. 5% off wipes. Diapers.com sometimes has deals too. I think target also has subscription service.

I get my diapers at BJs. Cheapest I've found besides Amazon which is like a dollar cheaper with a subscription but I'm not a fan of automatic charges on my card.

You can get the best deal for your money at any wholesale store. (Sams, Bjs, Costco)..

I've found that the best way to see which places have the best deals is to calculate how many cents per diaper your paying for. Target and babies r us came up to about $0.24 cents per diaper and Amazon mom was about $0.17 cents per diaper and thats without a subscription.

I am a true believer of what you paid is what you get.
