Smalls Anyone else’s baby not fitting into their newborn clothes!? Lol. She’s a month old and was 6lbs 7oz at birth, now…

My baby is 6.8 and not fitting in his newborn clothes too lol i always find his arms coming out of the neckline lol

So cute!! My dd was like that. She was 7lbs when she was born and was swimming in 0-3m at 1 month old ?. But I find different brands fit differently with the same size. Definitely try looking at different brands and compare. See if there's one that fits her best?

My baby girl was born 4 lbs 5 oz and has been in preemie clothes. She's a month old tomorrow and preemie is still big on her lol. I think she will probably still be in preemie for another month or so. She has a small head so I'm not even attempting to put headbands on her.

My little guy is almost 3 weeks, and he's 5lbs 12oz...and definitely swimming in newborn clothes still too. He's a little peanut!

Babygirl is now 7 lbs 8 oz and newborn fits loosely . If we have to go out it takes a while to find a shirt that fits ok and doesnt leave her little chest out

I bought my baby girl some preemie pants, I had to...she has newborn onsies that fit her good but no pants to go with it. I think the Koala brand from Babies R Us is what fits her best, Even carters is hella big on her. When she was born she was 6.6, went down to 5.12 and now at 3wks old is back up to 6.9, and still swimming in newborn clothes lol

@lopaum, yes I have different brands and it’s funny because she wears the same outfits a lot since they fit her best right now.?

My twins were 4lbs each when born and my 4 year old was 5lbs so this is my biggest baby I’ve had and I assumed newborn clothes would fit well, nope! Lol.

My son was born 6 pounds 14.5 ounces, but was down to 6 pounds 6 ounces when we left the hospital. Newborn hangs off of him so we had to go buy him preemie stuff (which was next to impossible to find) even preemie pants fall off of him. The only thing that fits him are his hats.

Piper was 6lbs 15 and she's so tiny. We had to fold her newborn diapers in half in the front because it went up to her chest so we had to get preemie diapers and those are still a little big. We went to once upon a child and bought some preemie onesies since they're only $1 so it's okay if she outgrows them soon.

Yes girl! I just went and bought some preemie because newborn eats her!!!!

Haha my baby was 10lb 13 oz so he’s wearing 3 month outfits now but is getting to long for them ?? im about to have to size up and he’s 2 weeks old ??‍♀️

Have you tried different brands of newborn sizes? My first was 6lbs 6oz and i found certain brands fit her better than others.

Or you could try shrinking the clothes in the laundry if you’re that anxious ?

My lil one was 4lb4oz and the preemie clothes are stilll huge on her nearly a month later ? I have so many clothes I can’t wait for her to grow in to ?

Yep. Parker was 6lb 12 oz and dropped to 6lb before my milk came in. Im assuming now were back to birth weight. And hes just swimming in the newborn clothes and socks just fall off. Im like errrr i want clothes to fit him but i dont even want to buy more neworn stuff knowing he will grow out of it in the next few weeks... even though it still doesnt fit ?

Yes my daughter was born 5lbs and now is 6lbs 9oz but I’ve found that the carter brand fits her perfect! She’s finally out of premie clothes and on to newborn !

My first was 5lbs and this baby is 6lbs so I had a couple of small running nb clothes for him but aside from those 10 small onesies, everything else is too big and he can't wear most nb still.

My baby was 7.9 when she was born. By 6 days old she was back to 7.8 and now that she's almost two weeks old I'm sure she's well over 8 lbs and she still fits into newborn clothes extremely well. I feel your pain...

My baby was 6lb 7oz also and I have the same problem he swims in all newborn clothes! Beenies are too big, socks fall right off, nothing fits. Lol.
