Bleed behind placenta
I went to the dr today and they informed me that I have a small bleed behind my placenta and since I'm not bleeding we have no idea how long it's been there. Since I am rh negative it's cause doe alarm. I was sent directly to have lab work done to check the antibody levels in my bloods I'm so scared as to what could happen next. Prayers would be greatly appreciated. Hopefully I will know more tomorrow

Finally got the call from the dr and all my labs are negative!!! So excited. Now we have another ultrasound Tuesday and we will go from there about the bleeding
Since it has been over the 72 hour window the shot will not do anything for me. So depending if baby is rh positive and how much antibodies I am carrying I will have to go to a high risk dr and my antibody levels will have to be monitored. I have always had a feeling this pregnancy would be my hardest and it's starting to turn out that way. This is my 5th and final so I'm just hoping to make it to a viable delivery date. Really nervous for my test results back today.
Yes, I did have to get the shot right after, every time we bleed during pregnancy we have to get the shot because our blood can act against the baby like a virus. It's hard I know, I have no idea since when I was bleeding from my placenta also and they are doing test to check the shot is still being active . And right after labor we also need the shot .
With hour previous bleed did you get your shot? My dr told me today we only have 72 hours to give the shot and we have no idea how long I have been bleeding that's why I had to have labs done. I have been trying to do some research but it's hard to find.
I'm actually in the same boat as you, last appointment I was sent to an ultrasound specialist he told me my placenta was low and was bleeding I'm also rh- I have my next scan next week hoping everything has gotten better I only bled when I was 6 wks and never again seems concerning to me too but just trying to stay positive for now have faith everything will be good with your baby .
It's been almost 2 months since I had my hysterectomy and I'm still bleeding.. Idk if it's normal, but I'll definitely be calling my dr on Monday!
Need some reassurance. TMI sorry in advance. I stopped bleeding about ten days ago when my baby was 5 and a half weeks. I gotta question could I be pregnant and have 2 1/2 day period because I think i got pregnant on Nov 26 and had implantation bleeding on Dec 11 because I'm usually on my period for at least 4 days but mostly 5 or 6 which my full period was Nov 11 for 5 days ?? but in dec only 2 1/2 days it's kinda confusing really im excited about my Dr visit feb19 to know for sure :)
