Sorry ice, just saw your additions questions. The band has no metal. But the display part has metal on the sides and underneath. Mine is S but I kind of wish I had gotten the L.

What size do you have? I want mine to be loose and not too snug.

Is there metal on the sides? I am allergic to metals. That was my question. I love the black with gold sides but was wondering about that. I get rashes quickly.
