I used a different brand but same idea. They worked well, except now and then I would forget they were in and if I bent down to pick something up they spilled all over my shirt?

Yes! This works really well to catch what drops on the opposite side during a feeding. The key like then pp alluded to is to remember to take it out right away because if you bend any which way with it still in, your whole shirt will be wet.
