I waitress, I bartend, I thought I'd heard it all. I'm used to the disrespectful comments or eye roll worthy cat calls. Usually I'm quick to respond with a simple "are you done yet?" And that always shuts them up. But this was different, i have never felt this ball of shame, discuss, and anger in the pit of my stomach. Some may think this is being over dramatic but there was just something so different about the way he spoke and carried himself. There is a huge part of me that doesn't want to tell an online forum what happened but I need to tell my husband still too. I froze. I wasn't the girl I thought I would be in this situation. That is what scares me the most.. We were slow at work so I was cleaning the wood paneling on the lower part of the walls. I even thought, well I don't want to bent over the whole time and have my butt sticking out so I'll squat down to do this. I made it to the hallway to the restrooms. I felt someone come up behind me but I didn't think much about it. This hallway may be dimly lit but people come in and out to do their business all the time. He had this harsh deep voice. He said "Do you need my address" It was like my emotions went from 0-100 with a flip of a switch. I froze. I couldn't move and I could hardly breathe. He said "you look so good on your knees I bet you look even better on all fours" He started to get even close to me as if the single foot separating us wasn't close enough. He touched the back of my head and tried to push it towards him. I snapped. I just screamed "get the hell off me, you sick f*** " and ran to get my mgmt. My gm took me to the office and had me write down a short statement. He then called me back in about 30 minutes later. He told me he was sorry to show and tell me this but the guy paid with cash. They didn't have his name, only a blurry video of what he did to me and video of his wife and who I assume was his DAUGHTER leaving quickly. He isn't a regular and I highly doubt they will be back. I feel so bad for his wife. If he is that power hungry outside of the house I can't imagine what she must go through. I worry for her. I can easily get over what he did to me but her face, even though the video was burry, was so sad. I'm just a ball of nerves and emotions today. Thanks for listening.
