Today is hair washing day.
I don't want to do it. I don't want to spend a half hour detangling this mess. I don't want to sit here for an hour with a pound of deep conditioner in my hair. I don't want to put in all the products. I don't want to blow dry it so I don't have wet hair for a day and a half. Can I make a sock bun last one more day? Why do some of my curls love each other so much that want to have rough sex and get knotted up so close to the scalp. Why do other curls hate each other so much they want to separate. I just want to be hair lazy today. I can't be bothered with butt length curls at the moment. Lol ??

oh my god my niece has the CURLIEST bounciest hair, it's way darling but whenever it's time to comb I have a full blown meltdown. I take care of her a ton and I swear my sister plans it so I'm always in charge of doing her hair! can't imagine having to do it myself all the time but you're lucky to have such pretty results!

My 1 year old is getting curls now that her hair is growing longer. The back gets ratty and snarled if she sleeps on her back. I condition and comb it out at night and only wash it maybe once a week. I'm hoping it stays curly.

I feel lucky as all hell to have crazy thick, wavy hair that never knots. I do not envy you (except curls are gorgeous).

I'm with Ironman. My hair in baby fine and thinner than a needle. It takes me a half hour to just brush it and there's nothing else I can do

Detangling spray work at all? I used it on my son's dreadlocks (he had 21 at the back of his head) and that saved me from shaving his head!
