This was after I took off my clothes and peed this morning compared to last night's weight at 176. I fluctuate so much on weight it's crazy.
When I first started my journey I fluctuated really bad and after trial and error I learned to drink a gallon or more water everyday and cut back on sodium. I was eating pickles a lot because they have zero calories and lots of volume but it was making me retain water so bad.
Yes! I have the same problem! I'm going to up my water. I know I need to I just always reach for other drinks but I'm feeling motivated!
