This crust was super good with it. I'm sure graham cracker would be awesome too!
For the crust 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 cup butter (2 sticks cut up small) mix together and press into greased 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes until its golden brown. For the filling you mix 1 1/2 cups sugar, 2/3 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup flour, 4 eggs and the zest of two lemons. Mix all of that together and pour into crust once its done and then bake it 20-25 minutes until firm. Then you put powdered sugar on top :) they are so good! The zest of a lemon you just use a grater and get the yellow skin off the lemon all the way around. When you get to the white each time stop. So its like 3 grates in one spot and then stop.
