So Confused

So my period was supposed to start yesterday, and every day before that leading up to it I was taking a pregnancy test and it was negative every time so last night before bed I finally had a little blood. Well this morning I woke up extremely dizzy and I haven't been able to stand up all day. The last time that that happened ever in my life I was pregnant. Has this happened to anybody else?
