You mix ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese together with basil leaves and 1 egg then you boil the shells when done rinse them off and stuff them. I added meat to the sauce and poured over everything baked for 30 minutes with aluminum foil and then took the took off and put more mozzarella on the top and cooked for 10 more minutes :) so good!
