My 18 month old is driving me crazy climbing on EVERY SINGLE PIECE of furniture or anything in the house! You name it be climbs it... end tables, sofas, the stove, beds, toys! Any advice to get him to stop climbing? Our house is all ceramic tile so I’m afraid of him hitting his head if he falls! Oh and he loves to go from the fireplace to the end table to the sofa and stand on the back rest of the sofa 😩

My daughter is the same and it still hasn’t stopped 😩
I blocked off my kitchen with a heavy duty baby gate, removed her table and chairs because she would push her table/chair around to get to higher places. She still gets up on tables,night stand, island but we’ve cut back a little.

No advice as we are going through the same phase! It's worse when they have no fear too. It's hard to ignore but I have noticed if I act like I'm not paying attention she gets bored with it and moves on.

My son's doing the same. He climbs the dinning table to get cat food (😒). He climbs the back on the couch to play with the kitchen sink. He climbs onto the bay window to sit up there. With that I just sit with him and he has to sit. Its making me crazy and getting way more gray.

My sonp is almost 3 and still does it. He pushes chairs up to every counter to get to what's on top of it. So for the past year or so we have move all chairs to the basement. We have a chair less house lol

Lol I can only put so much furniture into the garage before my house is empty! I guess some kiddos are just born climbers. I wish I could figure out how to block off the whole fire place
