@pp no technique in particular, just tried to listen to what my body was telling me. Up until about 6cm I was trying to walk around and I just looked at my husband and went "I feel like I need to be on my hands and knees". Ended up spending most of the rest of my labor on my hands and knees... it helped me a lot to be able to rock back and forth through the contractions.
