Yep! I've had it since senior year of high school. Started out with severe tendinitis from playing percussion in marching band got worse with swimming backstroke and the way I used my wrists to stroke.
I did have it in a cast for a month then I had a brace for about 3 more, plus cortisone injections to help with inflammation. It got worse after my second pregnancy and from lifting my kids. ?
Edit: also had nerve conduction studies that showed my right wrist is affected more than my left. It's my dominant hand. I honestly can't write much anymore and I find it incredibly difficult to hold my phone or type most days.
Yes. In my right hand only. Got it from when I worked at a BBQ place and I was cutting meat up all day. It was so bad my entire hand would go numb if I tried to hold my phone up to my ear. Once I stopped working there it slowly went away. Only have problems if I grab something for to long.
