Electronic stores suck. I went to radio shack the other day to use up a gift card I had and apparently they stopped taking gift cards a few months ago because of their bankruptcy. I was so annoyed.

They have the worst service ever!!

I would use amazon, we just bought all of our appliances from there. We just shopped in stores and ordered on line. Good luck!

We are planning on going to lowes (because it's local to us)...but I have to make them price match best buy. So that should be a joyous time.

Lowe's won't have a problem price matching, especially if you bring in the receipt showing how much you originally paid. Also, go online and get one of Lowe's 10% off moving coupons. Sign up for the email and it'll come in 24 hours. We were able to price

match at Lowe's from BB and use the 10% off! Also, their warranties are the cheapest around.

We saved a ton with it. They price matched at the appliance department, they'll do your order then tell you to go pay up front at the check outs. At the check out we presented the coupon and we had no problem.

Lowes price matches! So does Home Depot, I price matched at Home Depot and it was super easy and fast! I'm not sure about lowes but Home Depot will beat others prices by 10%

And for us, the price best buy had given us was not even in their shopper, we had talked the sales person down. He wrote it on one of their business cards and we took that to Lowe's. We didn't have any problems for them to price match.

Lowe's stands behind their products also. We had the warranty and ended up getting $$ for a new microwave when they couldn't fix it and got to keep the microwave (it was a cosmetic issue). The same thing happened to my parents. They had a freezer that went bad, got $$, got a new freezer and got their groceries paid for every time it went bad on them. They replaced it also.

The coupon isn't working ???. It keeps saying internal error. I'll try later.

Aw, that sucks! Try googling it to see if you can get a different link (maybe the link I posted is old). In the alternative, go to your post office and ask if they have the change of address packet (it's a packet that has a whole bunch of coupons). They used to have the coupon there. Depending where you are in the state they may have the Home

Depot one. In Madison it was alway the HD one. Here it's Lowe's. Lowe's will accept HD coupon anyways (and vice versa). For us it was worth the hassle (and the waiting as it was an actual coupon before and now it's an online one that you have to wait 1-2 days for) bc we bought more than 5k in stuff, so it was a huge savings. I may have to go the the PO later so I'll check if they still have it there and let you know.

OH! And if you go to your Costco up there look if they have the brown microfiber modular sofa ???? that's $999. I found it at Lake Zurich but Pleasant Prairie where I've been going doesn't have it and they sold out of the ones they had at LZ ?

I worked at the Customer Service end in Best Buy and our customers were treated so well. I was seriously surprised with how much people could get away with at our store. It was rated one of the top 10 stores in the country many, many times so that probably has a lot to do with why we were able to do so much for customers. Or GM was great! Sorry you had a bad experience with them. I buy all my big electronics with them and get the protection plan.
