False advertising!!!!! I need falsies with gold for my Halloween costume. The ones on the left were advertised as "gold tinsel" and the photos on amazon were most definitely gold. They came and they are most assuredly silver. I really really liked the left ones too ???? now I have to use the right ones. Still fine....I guess but not the ones I really wanted.

Help! What color should I paint these frames? I kinda like the gold but it's REALLY gold (they were made in 1980). White? Lighter gold? They will go in my daughter's playroom. Walls are a cream color. Lots of white/grays/gold/light pink in the room.

Ugh I feel you on this .... I just ordered a feather boa it was supposed so be the color of Thing 1 and Thing 2s hair .... and looked that way in the picture .... it's even called an aqua blue in the description ... well its like a lite lite baby blue ..... so know I have to try and dye it the color I need ..... I was so disappointed ....

Double up your lashes- I you just put some plain whispy black ones over or under the gold ones they'll look better and less choppy.
Don't use the glue that came with it, buy DUO. I wear lashes almost everyday and that's the best glue, IMO. The stuff that comes with them (especially halloween ones) suck.

I wear falsies lots....Duo is the best glue!!!!!! I've never had them fall off or peel away. I'll try doubling up. I have so,e plain black ones.

The best way I color those falsies is w a air brush and metal color.
To make sure they don't stick I use the pressure gun without paint and it dries the strands and it separates them.
I use the xacto if it's not behaving.
I was told a trick w cheap nail polish and a hair dryer but I never tried it.
It takes many coats.
