On a trip with my daughter for 5 days. Lost my bank debit card sometime this week and didn't notice until I got the airport. I have another type of debit card and was renting a car so I figured we were all good. That's a big fat Nope. They won't accept my debit card that I have with me because they don't "work with that bank" so basically I'm f*** ing screwed. My BFF now has to drive over 2 hours to come get us and I have literally no idea how we are getting back to the airport because the BFF has to work. Yay! Love flying...sarcastic font

I'm like 99.9% sure its in my van somewhere. I used the ATM on Tuesday and that's the last time I used it.

My bank can replace it in 1 business day, but not same day unfortunately. We are just sitting at a restaurant and waiting on the bestie to get here. She's halfway.

Have you tried going into the bank? Some banks will give you a temporary card right there while your other card gets to you in the mail.

Maybe your hubby could search your van and overnight you the card??? Otherwise maybe the friend could let you use hers and you reimburse her so you can rent the car so she doesn't have to take you back...like I said it will work out have fun!

The husband still hasn't looked in the van for my card....but we made it to New Jersey. There is a branch about 40 miles away that will do immediate card replacement so we are going to do that tomorrow (assuming my card isn't found in our car) and take Amtrak back to the airport on Monday.
