Expectations of 1 year old
My son turned one 2 weeks ago (but 4 weeks early). At daycare they expect him to nap at specific time (he does usually go to bed same time each day so not crazy but naps have always been more his terms), sit for circle time etc. are your kids able to do this?

Nope lol! My 3 year old just in the last 6 months has been capable to sit through a 15 min circle time...so the 1yr old not a chance! And naps are kinda all over for us and always have been (she's never been a good napper). I have been fortunate enough to be a sahm so I haven't had either kids in day care, but I know from friends experiences that the transition to the one nap a day they often expect the newly 1 yr olds to do it tough if they are used to taking 2 naps (my son had 2 naps until like 18 months).
