Anyone know how to clean a halo bassinet?
My boyfriend got our unborn daughter one second hand, so she can be near me but not in our bed. The woman he bought it from didn’t give us a manual on how to disassemble or anything. Help? Can the pad and cloth/mesh part go in the washer? How does it come off? 911!! 😅

@brittnylynntorres, mhmm a little bit only bc the fabric on the bottom covers the screw holes so it was a bit hard to align but I got it done, so I’m sure you could too, especially if your overly paranoid like me about it being totally clean lol!
Use a handheld steamer after wiping a little baking soda all over it? I have a new one but there are only wipe down instructions.

I took the one I got second hand apart like every single screw - it’s not easy but do-able. Start by taking off the swivel part on the bottom and keep working your way until it all comes apart, screw driver is needed and I’ll warn you it’s not a fun task! I bleached mine just for foot measure, don’t want to have to take it all apart again!

@wolfnurturer, it’s the halo swivel sleeper bassinet. I’ve tried googling but I can’t find anything helpful. I think there’s only a warning tag but I’ll double check!
Does it have tags on it that says the brand name of it? If so, then you could Google/YouTube how to. It could also have cleaning instructions on the tags too.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
