Every time my doc checks my cervix I tense up so much I think she gets frustrated with me like today she tried and was just like whatever I’ll see you next week
@inkedsouthernbelle, yes she’s a woman maybe I should’ve gotten a male doctor 🤦🏽♀️
I tensed up too. My doctor, who was a man, was very understanding, gentle, apologetic and informative the entire time which made a necessary appointment go by faster. Is your dr a woman? Sounds like a bitch and she has no reason to get visibly frustrated with you especially when most all other women find the exams/check up uncomfortable in some way. Don’t let that dr make you feel any type of way. You’re not alone
My doc was always super gentle, I don't remember any of my exams/checks that hurt, uncomfortable yes, but not painful. I almost wonder if its because my doc was a man, all these horror stories seem to be with female docs 😂. He was always so nice too.
@krystaljanae, you can always say no but it’s almost time you probably want to know
@dangthatsjustinsmama, lol they don’t even give me an option
@krystaljanae, girl I left that office ready to fight lol they asked me if I wanted to check this week and I was like NOPE
@dangthatsjustinsmama, exactly she just shoved her whole fist in me without a warning
I don’t blame you that shit hurts and it’s not like they’re being gentle 🤷🏽♀️

is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know
the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page
Will your Mom be in the delivery room?
My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé. It's our first, and I want to share that special moment with just him. I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I know this is something she would really like to be a part of. So I feel bad telling her no.

My August baby decided she wanted to be a May baby like her big sister. Madison Noelle was born on Tuesday, May 24 at 3:50pm, weighing 2lbs, 13oz and 14". She was born at 27 weeks and has a long road ahead of her. Every day she has been getting stronger and amazing everyone. Please keep us in your prayers, my family and I have a long road ahead of us. Congratulations to everyone and I wish you all wonderful pregnancies and deliveries! ??❤️
What would you do? - baby shower
SO my mom has been very negative about the baby my entire pregnancy. Especially in the beginning, she said the most HORRIBLE things about me, my DH and my unborn baby. Like that I was making a big mistake, that I was making her 2015 the worst year ever... etc etc. Even when she would do nice things she made me feel like I was a HUGE inconvenience and a burden to her. She told me to definitely NOT expect a shower or anything like that from her. Fine, whatever...
This may be the stupidest thing ever but i hope my daughter is born on a date I actually like 😂😂😂 like if she was born on the 11th i would be like eww 😒 but if she was born on the 15th i would be fine with that lol so stupid i know 😐
@krystaljanae, from mine and my friends experience...men are more compassionate because they’re empathetic to you as a woman and they don’t actually know what it’s like to be a woman but can understand on a medical level. Women are more bitchy, impatient and unsympathetic because they’re women too and you’re not different than them so “lay down, quit moaning and crying” lol it’s awful but that’s so many women’s experiences with same sex doctors
