Nothing tastes good anymore. Food just looks disgusting all the time and I never have an appetite. I try to eat to make my stomach feel better, but it’s not even really nausea I just feel gross all the time. Not trying to be negative, but what will make this yucky feeling go away?
Time is the only thing that will for sure make it go away. Nothing ever worked for me, but I use to puke my guts out. Just drink a lot of water to stay hydrated and eat whatever catches your attention if nothing does plain carbs usually are like the least disgusting, bread, mashed potatoes, white rice or pasta with no sauce. Just things to fill you up quickly that don’t have too much of anything so you don’t feel too sick.
