Braxton hicks at almost 16 weeks already?? Is it possible? I'm was doing alot of cleaning and I started to feel alot of pressure and tightening almost painful. Can it be Braxton hicks?

Same. Had a bad 12 hours of it at 16 weeks. I drank water and took magnesium to relax the muscles and it stopped.

Mine started around then too! I was told to drink more water & not exert myself too hard. Both things have helped it chill out recently

del_1531324895_girlmom. I don’t think you can feel dilation but if she’s down there and having BH while dilated;
