Last baby

Is this anyone elses' last baby? It will be my second and last, I have never ever been so sure of anything in my whole life. After the second baby my husband plans to not reenlist anymore and we finally go back to California. I would like to work on a career or try to. My babies will be about 3 and 2. I'm just so annoyed that people are down my neck saying "no have more kids!". YOU have kids lol what the heck? I want to get my tubes tied more than anything and my doctor said it would be fine if I'm absolutely sure. It's definitely the pregnancy hormones but people telling me what to do with my body annoys me so much lol

You have to do what you feel is right. I understand where your coming my first was a girl and my second was a boy. People where tell I shouldn't more because I had the perfect combination. I think this will be our last baby, but I'll wait a year or 2 before I make anything final.

This is my second and last baby as well. My husband has 2 daughters from previous relationships and we have a 17 month old son together. We think after this baby our family will be complete so he's gonna get a vasectomy.

This is our second and last also. My son is five and we've struggled to conceive #2 for a couple of years now. We feel very lucky and blessed for this pregnancy.

You need to do what is right for you and your family.

I think this is my last (#3). It was a struggle to get this baby (recurrent miscarriages) so feel I should quit while I'm ahead. But then we are buying all the baby stuff brand new again (have a 10 year gap between our last child so nothing left) so maybe I should have another. But I'm 35 so I think this is it ?

My last was my second and last. I was 100% sure. Haha. Now this is my third and last. I'll be 29 when it is born and do not want anymore after that so I am still young enough to enjoy myself when the kids move out.

This is my second and last!! I said after being alone for my first, I couldn't and didn't want to go through it alone again. But here I am ? but this time the dad is semi here (same father). He has 3 other kids and it's a lot to deal with. This will be 5 total. I am done!! Lol. Do what's best for you and don't worry about what other ppl have to say. They're not in your pockets helping pay for these kids so.....yeah

When you know you know and no one else can make that decision for you. If it helps, when people say you should have more kids take it as a compliment because they just think you're a great mom ;)

Second and last for me, too. Luckily, no one wanna to argue with me on that. My health has always been an issue (lupus) and this pregnancy has been rough on me, though my first was perfect. So yeah... We're done!

My husband is being medically retired from the army the end of this month, too. It's a bittersweet thing as he's been in for a long time, but I'm excited to complete our family and then get back to work in the news industry. I've missed it. It's never too late to start a career path for yourself!

We are definitely done after this! Number 5 was a surprise for sure and my hubby is getting ✂️ before little one gets here!!

This is my 2nd and last. My doctor won't tie my tubes because I'm only 22. ? It's really frustrating I can't make a decision about MY body, when I know I don't want anymore kids. I have 2 birth control babies, and my SO just chickened out on getting snipped. I'm sooo scared of getting pregnant with a 3rd after this baby is born. ?

@krisi I also think that is unfair.. but they say it's because the young age you might change your mind. ?

But thank you ladies. I feel better getting that out haha.

This is my last.. and this is number two never wanted a lot of kids but being an only child I wanted my kids to have siblings if this is a girl I'm getting my tubes tied!! I have a career me and my husband but I want to be able to enjoy life and have a balance I love my child and love being a mother but I also like to have fun as an adult and when you have lots of kids it's hard!! Do you tell them they can have all the kids your done unless they will be putting money into your account to take care of them!!

I envy people who know so absolutely they are done. My fear is I will never feel that way! Everyone's eyes keep getting bigger with each pregnancy announcement. The last comment was "wow. That's a baby factory over there". ? if you know your done o don't think there is anything wrong with that. Everyone's limit is different. No person can really decide that for you

I have 3 boys and this last baby is our girl and then I'm getting my tubes tied! I would have had one more but I got two for one my first time pregnant. Lol.

First and last for me. You have to do what you feel is right for you because you're the person who has to carry them for 9 months and then be responsible for their upbringing. I get it alllllll the time "What do you mean you're only having one?" "She needs siblings" blah blah blah. I mean I'm only having one and no she doesn't "need" siblings.

This is my 3rd and last! I have 2 girls already. Boy/girl...either way, I am done!

I'm pregnant with #1. I used to want 4. My husband did not. So we compromised and agreed that we'll have two. But through our infertility journey we discovered that I have a unicornuate uterus. Risks associated with this include: low birth weight, breech position (due to lack of room to turn) and preterm labour. Knowing all of this we feel the most responsible choice is to wait to see how the whole pregnancy and delivery goes before we decide for sure if we will have a second. Though I really hope we do.

When people ask if we plan to have more and we answer honestly, we always get "oh you have to have two!"....um no, I think I feel better about putting my health first over having the "American dream" family.

This is my last baby! I have an 11 year old, an 18 month old, I had a baby in February that only lived for an hour and a half, and I'm currently 15 weeks. My son that I had in February was supposed to be our last but we really wanted to try again. So when this baby is born I will have had 3 kids in exactly 2 years (they were all due in March, within days of each other) and you can say that I am physically and emotionally DONE with pregnancy after this one.

Yes! We are so done! Well we were done when we had our 3rd. My husband got a vasectomy and 3 years later bam I'm pregnant. So this pregnancy was a real surprise. He is getting his vasectomy done again and I'm getting my tubes tied after the birth of this baby. I want to make sure no more surprises after this hahaha.

Starting TWW. Anyone else?

Starting TWW. Anyone else? I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

Birth Plan Rant I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
