Mouth always open?

My nephew was just like this! He drooled so much. He outgrew it by like 1 1/2, he is 10 now.

My friends son was like this until he was 3 he never had issues. He's 8 now.

My niece had that same issue her mouth was always open and tongue was always just hanging out and she never really talked either ,but she had her tonsils taken out and it was right after that she would close her mouth and started talking all the time,not sure if that was the cause but it sure did the trick if it was

My second DS did! I have so many cute pictures because of it. Looking back at my DS it's prob because his tongue is sooooo long. He can touch his nose & chin. It use to hang out whenever he was in deep thought. Check with pedi if you need validation. He's adorable op. Those cheeks. That hat. Tooooo cute!

I honestly thought it would have gone away by now. It just worried me because even when he babbles he talks on his tongue... If that makes sense? ? I do hope it's like what you said ging and he just has a long tongue lol
