That's how my oldest toes look too. He's 6 and they still look like that but don't bother him at all!

My two year old has toes like this on both feet. They haven't straitened yet and sometimes I get worried thinking she broke a toe, but then remember she's just got bendy lookin toes next to the pinky toe.
