I had a c-section because my baby was breech at 39 weeks. Does anyone have any recovery tips? I’m doing well for the most part and tolerating the pain/soreness & there hasn’t been any complications with the healing but I’d like to start exercising soon and getting rid of my baby weight 🙃😅
I walked everyday up to 3 miles a day starting a week after my c section. I tried some of my old workouts at 5 weeks and it was way to early. One an move ten minutes in and I was done feeling like I was ripping in half. My son just turned 8 weeks yesterday and I did a piyo workout today and felt great. How old is your baby?
