TMI... getting cramps and feel the need to go to the bathroom (#2) but cant go... after being intimate... is that normal?

@lorany, yes he does. Had to take a warm shower in order to be able to sleep last night. Woke up this morning with lower back cramps as if i was going to menstruate.
Does your man finish inside ya? Cause that can cause contractions/cramping. The feeling of needing to poop could also be explained by the cramping if he does (:
Or it could be that you’re constipated and it’s best to drink lots of water and apple juice when this happens
Could possibly be air getting into your “lady area” because that can cause cramps that feel like that people have went to the hospital over that it was on tv once and there is a simple fix for it you have to pass gas to get the air out and relieve the presser
The whole feeling also makes me want to puke😞 this is so uncomfortable!

@yesicondaa, I wouldn’t worry too much about it unless they’re more like labor pains or you can time them and they’re coming in every 3-5m lasting a minute for an hour. (: maybe try having him finish elsewhere? There’s something in sperm that weakens your cervix and can set you into labor. So just keep that in mind for next time ☺️
