Damn butt rash!
My poor baby has a butt rash.. Last week it started out as a little red dot on his testicles and now it's spread to his inner thigh area and on his penis, but not in his butt crack. I've tried baking soda baths, coconut oil with a&d together cuz that's always worked, breast milk and air drying.

Don't wipe if he pees only wipe if he poops with a warm wash cloth instead of baby wipes

I make my own wipes now due to Brits rashes. 2 cups water 1 tbsp coconut oil 1/3 c white vinegar and 1 tbsp of his body wash

Leave his diaper off if you can and just let him air dry

I read that vinegar helps with diaper rashes and it really does seem to prevent and help when Brit rarely gets them!

It may be a thrush time rash. Thrush appears as clusters of little red dots. Gentian violet (although messy) works great for this.

I use Boudreaux butt paste dr. Told me to put a thick coat every time it works miracle with my baby I buy it at babies r us or she also said 3 butt paste I hope your baby gets well soon
