Had some bleeding went to doctor and heart beat is strong Still spotting should I call the doc again??

Sounds exactly like what I had a couple weeks ago. Mine was a subchorionic hematoma. I would call your doctor just to ease your mind but you can still have a healthy pregnancy.

@newlyironman, a lot like a period? So the doctor heard heartbeat and it was good? Did you have any other tests

I had bleeding at exactly 12 wks with both my successful pregnancies. No idea why
