32+5 weeks preggo and every morning I wake up with a crampy feeling in my right calf. I never actually catch a cramp unless i do in my sleep, but it just feels very sore as if i worked out. Any thoughts on this?
I had the same thing when I was pregnant. Eat bananas, drink Gatorade, and do stretches before bed. It's what my doctor had me do and it worked for me.
Omg same but mine started happening after i wore heels for a whole night and lasted days. Im not sure if thats what caused it but it was the only thing i could think of
