They did that to me last yr. Charged the WRONG card in my acct for the yrly amount. Made my nieces acct go negative. They refunded the money immediately after I emailed them and took care of the charges if I'm remembering right . They're usually good at fixing shit when they fuck up.
@kimmommyof2angels, yeah idk why they are doing that to people.. he doesn’t even have his information saved on there he has to put it in everytime he buys something.. but they did the same thing to my sister also .. idk how they are getting ppls information..
That happened to my bf the other day he checked his card and they had took 107 dollars from him and refunded him the 107 plus another 115 he got charged for “purchasing” the yearly prime membership and he’s not even a member lol
I felt the same way just a couple days ago when i got charged $163 on my debit for Rosetta Stone 😖 Thank gosh they let me get a refund! I barey used it.

@rndmshtt, I haven’t spoke to amazon yet but I will tomorrow and I spoke with my bank and they are going to dispute the transaction.
