Smoking while pregnant.
...WHY?
I see my preggo neighbor outside smoking regularly. Wouldn't you want to give this innocent child a HEALTHY chance at life? Wouldn't you want to seek some sort of help in quitting? I just don't understand perhaps.

I don't smoke weed. So I guess I will never understand. But I'm not sure why people smoke weed when they're pregnant!

these women wishing death on babies, is seriously pissing me off!! I had a stillborn at 31 weeks, it's not something you wish on someone, or a baby who hasnt got to experience life! if you wish that I hope you rot in hell!!👌🏻 this is not how someone wants to take their baby home, I had to take my first home in an urn, wishing death on a baby or person period is sick, how would you feel if someone said that to you? you wouldn't like it! and in my opinion if you're gonna wish death you dont deserve a little blessing!

It's sad. Some people put their own wants over their children. And if it's not smoking, it's usually something else. Being a mother requires a lot of sacrifice. If you can't sacrifice your cigarettes for 9 months, that's a sad precursor to the rest of that child's life.

I be thinking the same thing. Couple days ago, I went to get my daughter from head start and there was a lady outside smoking before getting her child. She's like maybe 7-9 months pregnant.

It is sad. As hard as quitting is you'd think being pregnant is THE reason. Im a smoker but i didnt smoke while i was pregnant. I got lucky and just the smell made me sick.

Quitting smoking while pregnant is very hard especially if you’re a heavy smoker. It’s very possible to quit too though people just make so many excuses though that they never try hard enough.

@taylorsmommy1017 I supposed that's understandable but that baby is still prone to harm regardless.
And if the mom is that far along they've had ample time to gradually quit.

@skymomof4 So you stopped smoking only DURING pregnancy...? Why even start again? The infants/babies are still getting punished by being around the smoke 😕

What if your smoking medical marijuana, it’s known for pregnant moms from ages ago to this generation to help with nausea or to keep an appetite for the baby ?
