Sing nursery rhymes and/ or give him something to hold! It's all about distraction! Also be gentle then hopefully he will gradually become less bothered! Another thing I do is brush Erica's teeth then rinse her toothbrush and let her have a go while I brush mine so she sees me doing it too! Xx

Harvey likes it when i brush my teeth at the same time i give him his brush do mine for a bit then do his for him xx maybe let him watch u brush yours it may help xx

Give him the tooth brush and see if he will do it. And brush yours at the same time then see if he will let you check what a good job he has done and slowly go from there x

I worry that if im pinning him down for it in gonna scar him mentally for like about brushing teeth 😂
But its stressing me out not giving them a good brush. Xx

@mrsmowmow if his mouth is tightly clamped do you just push it in? Im so scared of hurting him but hes got 7 teeth and it fills me with dread them going bad!!

He's so stubborn.. I tried to prise his mouth open with my fingers earlier and it was next to impossible xx

My little boy went through that stage. Occasional shouting and headlock too had to be done. Gradually he got better. Changing to fruity toothpaste for a while help and singing silly songs. Now he loves it again x
