@jayraemama thank you!! I hate to sound simple but really watching what I ate and drank and walking a lot and trying to keep up with my son ;p
My diet was a few nutrigrain bars during the day sometimes I only had tone for 2 then a good meal for dinner. I had to cut out all my snacking and let me tell you that is probably the hardest part lol
@jacquie11981 thank you! It means so much! I have huge insecurities problems I still feel like I'm fat and ugly to be honest but everyone is helping me feel so much better I can't thank you all enough!!
@eileen0625, that’s what us moms should be doing!! Supporting one another and encouraging each other 😊 we all have insecurities but it’s the friends/moms that help us get through 😊❤️
@jacquie11981 exactly!! I should of done this earlier!! I get no compliments or support from my family. My husband is amazing at calling me beautiful but it's nice to hear it from other people too :) <3
I am pregnant again and won't be able to work on my body goals till next year BUT I am gonna be starting a healthier lifestyle🙃 this post gave me some motivation! Thank you
